Our Beloved Sponsors

Twice a month, we like to thank our sponsors for their support, and say a little about what’s going on with them.

Our first sponsor Ledbury just released their Holiday Collection. Bold checks on winter-weight poplins, brushed twills, and thick cotton flannels take the lead in this season’s holiday shirting. They’ve also dropped a small Quail Hunt Capsule Collection, which celebrates the company’s fourth annual quail hunt. Included are two hunting shirts designed by Ledbury’s co-founders, as well as a shotgun shell belt.

Next, The Hanger Project just acquired A Suitable Wardrobe. The company plans to republish A Suitable Wardrobe’s blog archive online, as well as integrate the two stores’ inventories.

Chipp Neckwear isn’t just an online operation. They also have a custom clothing shop in NYC, where you can browse their online selection in-person and check out stuff that’s not on the website. Included are a bunch of vintage items and custom one-offs, which Paul sells at deeply discounted prices. Visit him at 28 W. 44th Street in New York City.

Next, Gustin has some new cotton henleys up. Made with flat-locked seams, a thick-ribbed collar, and sturdy Corozo buttons, these are inspired by classic workwear pieces and fully made in the USA (even the cotton has been milled in Los Angeles).

Finally, our thanks to Proper Cloth and Private White VC. Proper Cloth just released a new line of sport coats and shirtings (including several new plaids, flannels, and chambrays). They’ve also quietly added a new Australian mother-of-pearl option to their online shirt-design tool and updated their style guide with some new looks. Meanwhile, Private White VC has revamped their mobile site. You can view it on any of your mobile devices.
