If you’re a member of The Inside Track or The Gentlemen’s Association, we have some important news. We’re switching platforms for these services. That means we need you to do two things: change your password and update your account information.
The good news is that, once you’re switched, we’ve got sweet thank-you gifts for you. Those subscribed to the Inside Track will get a free full month of service. Those subscribed to the Gentlemen’s Association will get a free pocket square. Totally on us, as a show of our appreciation!
So, for current subscribers, here’s what we need you to do:
1) Visit this log-in page. Type in your email address and hit “submit.”
2) Check your email for a message from Jesse Thorn. The email will allow you to reset your password and get to your account profile.
3) Log in and update your account. You’ll need to add your mailing address and credit card information.
Don’t worry: you won’t be charged twice and your new CrateJoy account will reflect everything you’ve already paid for.
The process should be quick, easy, and painless. We just need people to update their passwords and credit card information because all that info was kept by our former processors, not us (we don’t have access to them). Since we’re switching processors, we need you to re-enter your password and payment information in order for you to continue getting these services.
